1st Negative Review Of Kill Bill 2
Well, its the 1st negative review that I’ve seen anyhow. The New Yorker has a long, negative review of Kill Bill 2 (spoiler warning). Here’s an excerpt:

Fuck that review. I can’t understand why you always tend to emphasize on the negative reviews web-master, that tends to put people off and build a very flawed perspective of the movie. Want to know what the majority of critics REALLY think of Vol.2? Look no further than here:

I’m not emphasizing negative reviews. I posted one thread about negative reviews of Volume 1, and this is the one thread for negative reviews of Volume 2.
Thats 2 threads out of a total of about 150 between the 2 films. Maybe you define emphasis differently than I do…

Sorry dude, it’s that I was just taken aback when the first thing that I read after I entered the site was “Negative Review of Kill Bill”, even more so because I was just on rottentomatoes a few minutes earlier and saw a 100% fresh rating. I can understand what you’re going for though, and that’s giving a more objective picture of the whole thing. This place still rocks../negative review or not.

The reviewer says that the first one was also a bad movie, but i really liked it, and i think that most of us did, so logically, if the reviewer also didn’t like the second movie, then we will like it, just like the first one.

LOL! The New Yorker just lost a LOT of respect from that article. Whoever wrote it should be fired. I bet you ANYTHING that the New Yorker sales go plummetting down as a result of that blantant disrespect for a brilliant film.

i know why tht guy wrote this preview about kill bill vol.2..’coz he was dumped by his only, cigarette smokin, brain chewin wife…. and he was in such a bad mood..besides his boss demanded a review right on tht day…n this is wht he wrote… i pity the guy !!

I’M NOT READING A REVIEW WITH SPOILERS!
But they said it was a bad review. I think it’s funny though that in October the New Yorker gave “Kill Bill: Vol. 1″ four stars, calling it “bloody, giddy fun.” Now they’re saying it was monotonous (Okay I read the first two lines or so). WTF?

That review was terrible and I know because I was at the premiere! I will not say anything out of respect for Q and Uma and the rest of the people that made that great movie. I can’t wait for other people to see it so I can finally talk about it!

Theres always gonna be a few rotten apples out of the bunch. These “critics” shouldnt be listened to. QT made Kill Bill with nothing but love for his fans. Volume 2 will be a great closing chapter to his Revenge epic. I’m sure we will love it. Only 2 days left!

t had spasmodic action but nothing approaching dramatic life??? Give me a BREAK! I Loved “Kill Bill” The movie was pure entertainment. It wasn’t suppose to be compared to anything real. People act like they have never read a comic book. Dare Devil wasn’t real, Superman wasn’t real and Kill Bill wans’t real. But it was a DAMN good movie. You Go Quentin!!!!

I’ve seen Kill Bill 2 already, and let me tell you, that review is as far off as can be. Its perfect for anyone who missed the witty dialogue of past tarantino films, and still has enough action. Carradine is going to be a villain in deman after this, and wow, the cat fight is awesome

What a crappy review who in the right minds would ever question this movie .. It is QT at his best and for who ever says its not as good as the First because of the lack of violence u have to understand its one movie and the violence shouldnt be taken as violence more of an art
