Volume 2 Trailer Tonight!
The official Kill Bill V2 trailer will be released tonight simultaneously in multiple locations on TV and the internet tonight:
Viewers who tune into Entertainment Tonight or visit Yahoo.com, AOL.com, MSN.com or Quicktime.com on Tuesday will be the first to see the “KILL BILL VOL. 2″ trailer.

I’ve seen a trailer. I’m a projectionist at a cinema, and we have a teaser with Uma driving in a car with a black/white colour scheme. Unless you mean a full trailer, othewerise, we’ve been running one to the public for over 2 weeks
