Kill Bill Combined
The QT Archives has some long awaited info on when a combined Kill Bill movie & DVD will be released from Tarantino himself:
“It will be Kill Bill the Japanese version – the four hour movie all together with an intermission in the middle. It will probably be the first release from Miramax’s new company, first at cinemas and then on DVD. It will also probably get a higher age rating. We had to cut it when Miramax was part of Disney but now we can do whatever the fuck we want.”
No dates on those releases yet, but I’d expect something before the end of the year.

Well at least there is some good news from today ( even though it still sucks he is retiring in 15 years ). I have been waiting ever since Kill Bill Vol. 2 came out to see both volumes combined and it looks like by the end of the year I will finally get the chance.

I am really happy that the uncut version is going to theatres. When both movies were released I didn’t get the chance to see them. I just hope i can get into the movie. I am in Canada, and if it is rated R, (equivalent of NC-17 in the U.S.A.) I can’t get in. and i will be sitting at home being really mad for a couple months waiting for the DVD.
