Tarantino To Make ‘Grind House’
Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez are going to write and direct a horror film called Grind House.
Miramax Films golden children Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez are teaming up to make a film for the new company established by the studio’s founders, Bob and Harvey Weinstein.
Tarantino and Rodriguez will each write and direct a 60-minute horror film, and the two films will be packaged under the title ‘Grind House’, which is planned for a spring 2006 release through the Weinstein Co.
Tarantino says that this could be the first in a series of films. No official word on what this does to the timeline for getting Inglorious Bastards finished – but I smell a delay.

As a Reservoir Dog, it said i’d be Mr. Blue, but i think it’s bullshit. I tried to stay away from the obvious ones like the guy who didn’t tip.
Which is good that i didn’t see pulp fiction yet so i can’t see the obvious answers. It said i was Butch, which is awsome because I’m a big Bruce Willis fan

If you go to http://www.quizilla.com and go to popular quizzes, you can find out what your light saber color would be. They also have what kind of alcoholic drink you are, what kind of killer you are, what kind of care bare you are, etc. Good stuff!

In pulp fiction they said that Vincent blew off Marvin’s head but after Jules and Vincent changed clothes and the Wolf put the clothes in the trunk you see Marvin’s dead body with his head. His head only has a bullet hole in it

I think Marvins head exploded from the back just like when O Ren shot The General in Kill Bill Vol 1.
Speaking of that, I just watched Pulp again last night on SPIKE TV. I have the Collectors Edition 2 Disc too, but I thought I’d watch it anyway.

I didnt think of that. Thanks Pete. In Pulp Fiction when Jules kills Bret, his gun is out of bullets. But after that he has enough bullets to kill the fourth man. Did anyone notice that there are bullets in the wall before the fourth man shoots.

Ya, and if you go to http://www.moviemistakes.com you can see all the mistakes from all of Tarantino’s movies and every movie for that matter. His movies are great, but they sure have a ton of mistakes.

I wonder if Vernita Green in Kill Bill is married to Jules. It would be the perfect match, they were both assasins and Vernita Green sounds like the perfect vegetarian name, and Jules says his girlfriend in PF was a vegetarian. Tarantino needs to make a movie about the daughter. If both parents were assasins, then I wonder what the daughter would grow up to be…

my guess is an assassin.

I heard that Quentin was going to do a movie about the daughter. It was a while ago. I cant even remember where I heard it.

I still say we aim for 100, since we are only 10 away. To QT Fan: I heard about him doing a movie on the daughter too in the form of Kill Bill Vol.3, but who knows if that will ever happen.

Lets go for 100. I was pretty sure I herd him doing a movie about the daughter.

we’re only 8 away from 100, so we might as well do it.
I just saw Pulp Fiction finally and i can’t get over when Butch saves Marcellus. first he gets a hammer, then goes to a bat, then he gets a goddamn chainsaw. When he looked up at something else, i was just thinking what the fuck could be better than a chainsaw, then when they showed the sword i was speechless. Back then i’m sure people were just like “dude, he’s gonna use a samurai sword, that is cool man” but now that Kill Bill came out, it actually seems to mean something

I thought the same thing when I saw Pulp Fiction. I was just wandering if the sword Butch uses is a hatori hanzo sword. I know that Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction aren’t even the same universe but it would be cool if it was a hatori hanzo sword.

for a second i thought it was the sword Budd said he pawned, but he lied when he said that so… yeah

I didnt think about the sword until a few days ago. I just thought”hey, that may be a hatori hanzo sword”. But I never knew.

I heard that QT may do a sequel to Kill Bill in 15 years or so. In that film, Vernitas daughter Nikki will go after The Bride to get revenge. Who knows if he will ever make it. It would probably be his last film if he did do it.
PULP FICTION: What I really liked about that sequence before Butch goes down in the basement to help Marcellus was that each weapon he chose signified a different cult film: the chainsaw (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), the Bat (Walking Tall) and the Samurai Sword (Lone Wolf and Cub etc).

Good call Pete. I didn’t realize that about Pulp Fiction. However, I seriously doubt that the sword would be Hatori Hanzo sword because I don’t think those two raping, low-life scumbuckets would ever want something like that, let alone, put it in display in their store. 3 more messages to go. Congradulations folks!

The theory about Vernita Green’s marriage to Jules (except c’mon Jules would not take that shit from The Bride without hunting her down himself) and her being a vegetarian got me wondering about other name conceptions. Supposedly, Elle Driver was a nickname for someone on the From Dusk Till Dawn set, and the movies “Jules and Jim” and “Billy Budd” were the inspiration for all those guys from PF and KB… can anyone think of any more?

Oh, and Jackie Brown was inspired by “Foxy Brown” I think…
