Grind House Companion Book
Looks like Tarantino and Rodriguez are going to release a companion book to go along with the Grind House movie. Tarantino had planned to do something similar with Kill Bill, and the project ended up being scrapped for unknown reasons – hopefully this one makes it to market.
Here are some details from the Trouble Maker Publishing website. The image below is apparently the proposed book cover. [thanks to Jules for the tip]

Has production started on this movie?

I was reading that Robert has done some test shots already in Austin with only a 2nd unit crew. Basically one camera, an actor or two and his audio headset. He says he loves shooting like that. I dont think QT has shot anything yet.

QT is probably just taking some much needed time off…

Hey, “the man,” I may have been the only one who noted the sarcasm, but that is probably because I am a pretty sarcastic person in real life. I could tell and I enjoyed it.

I knew it was sarcasm too, but I didnt think it was that funny.

Elle Driver signed items up for auction at http://www.hp.com/go/sundance. While at the Sundance film festival Daryl Hannah signed a 13×19 portrait and a HP photosmart printer. All net proceeds from the auction will benefit Habitat for Humanity’s “Operation Home Delivery,” a program providing assistance and rebuilding opportunities in New Orleans and elsewhere along the Gulf Coast in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and its hurricane rebuilding efforts.
