Grind House Casting Rumors
The rumors of Grind House casting are really starting to fly. CHUD is saying that Michael Biehn has been cast (I remember him best as Johnny Ringo from Tombstone) in the Robert Rodriguez half of the film.
Also, Moviehole is reporting that Rose McGowan and Marley Shelton have also been cast. Plus, House of Horrors says that Tom Savini has been cast.

I hope the Michael Biehn rumors are true. Terminator, The Abyss, Tombstone, Aliens…that is one hell of a line-up if you ask me.

Michael Biehn is one of my favorite actors. He rules in Terminator and Tombstone (one of my fave Westerns!) The project is coming together!

So far from all the casting news Ive read theres: John Jaratt, Danny Trejo, Michael Biehn, Rose McGowan, Marley Shelton, Josh Brolin and Dean Fernando and Tom Savini.

Amen to that Atkinson. Also… thrilled to see Savini and Tarantino working together again. He was awesome in FDTD. Hopefully he can keep up the good work. Good to see some proof that QT is finally doing another project too.

If the script review at AICN is in fact the real thing, Mickey Rourke has been cast as the muscle car driving killer “Stuntman Mike” in Death Proof and Zoe Bell (Umas stunt double in Kill Bill) is playing one of his intended victims.

“We told you already told you that Michael Biehn and Jeff Fahey (with the possibility of Tony Todd) were on board for the Tarantino/Rodriguez joint picture. Now, CHUD reports that another Rodriguez has joined the project. Freddy Rodriguez (no relation to Robert Rodriguez) of “Six Feet Under” fame, will join Biehn, Josh Brolin, Tom Savini, and Marley Shelton as the living portion of the ‘Project Terror’ cast.
As for things on Tarantino’s side (‘Death Proof’), it’s been reported that Mickey Rourke is set to star as the psycho who stalks ‘n slashes beautiful women with his car, alongside John Jarrett, Danny Trejo, Alicia Rachel Marek, Dean Fernando, and Zoe Bell.”
