Jet Li Talks Kung Fu Films, QT
Jet Li talks about whats different when Tarantino makes a kung-fu film, vs. someone from the Far East.
Q: More western directors like Quentin Tarantino are doing Chinese martial arts films. What is the difference between a martial arts film directed by a Westerner and someone from China?
A: Quentin Tarantino is in love with Asian movies and martial arts movies. He’s a specialist, a genius, he knows a lot of things but even in movies made in the States, the director may be from the States but the choreographer or action director is still Asian. It’s just a different angle to see the same thing.

I’ve got my own original Tarantino artwork up there.

Imagine Jet Li and Tarantino making a movie together. Holy crap. Everyone loves Tarantino and everyone loves Li, then why not?
