Big Stars For Inglorious Bastards?
I’m way behind on posting news, but just noticed this JoBlo story about the possible casting of Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio in Inglorious Bastards. Those really don’t seem like Tarantino guys, though I think Pitt would do great with some snappy dialogue.

DiCaprio in a Tarantino film would be awesome. I think with “Gangs of New York” and “The Departed,” he proved that he’s badass enough to be a crazy nazi villian in a QT flick…as if being Martin Scorsese’s new Robert De Niro isn’t qualification enough for being a total badass.
I haven’t seen many of Brad Pitt’s films, but from what I hear, he can be a good actor when he wants. I liked him a lot in “True Romance” and I’m looking forward to seeing him in “Burn After Reading,” which looks awesome.

Would love to see him add chameleon actor, Val Kilmer, to the cast.
Admittedly, he might need to lose some weight, but he is so good.

Yeah, I’m aware, but I don’t enjoy reading scripts or even watching trailers too much. Don’t like to see too much before I watch the movie in completed form.

The only movie i have seen brad pitt in was fight club…. and i loved it! He did a very good job in my opinion. I havent seen his other films though…. As far as dicaprio goes, i havent been a huge fan but with the departed and blood diamond out(which he both stars in) has changed my perspective. I think having them will make a very interesting film. As will micheal madsen and that other guy in resevoir dogs,pulp fiction, and the new incredible hulk movie. I think he should put in that black army dude from dusks till dawn! Lmfao, that would be hilarious. But then again…. the time frame is set awhile back so maybe a distant relative of his or something…

I can see Brad Pitt joining the cast, but DiCaprio doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to jump on a film like this.

I hope he doesn’t cast Adam Sandler or Eddie Murphy.He needs to cast Michael Rooker,Michael Madsen,Tim Roth,Samuel L.Jackson;just to name a few..
