Kevin Costner Passed On Kill Bill
Learn something new everyday.
In an article about whose movie career would you change I came across the nugget that David Carradine only got the role of Bill in Kill Bill because Kevin Costner turned it down.
I think that turned out the best for Tarantino because I cannot see Costner pulling off that role with anywhere near the intensity that Carradine did.

I though at the time of casting it was warren beatty that turned it down who would have bee far more convincing than costner, but Caradine was the best choice. The question to ask is If volume three is made, would there be any flashback scenes with Bill and who would play him? I guess it would probably be animated
