Kill Bill Casebook

Amazon has a new Kill Bill product with no description and I can't find anything about it, but its a Kill Bill: An Unofficial Casebook. I assume its either an analysis of the movie, how it was made, and all its connections to the martial arts films that Tarantino mentioned as inspiration, but thats just a guess. They also have a Kill Bill 2005 calander.

Also, I thought I'd just put up some of the Kill Bill DVD product images from Japan. We really seem to get screwed when it comes to the cool cover art. I didn't include any links since these DVDs aren't playable on Region 1 DVD players, but you can grab any of these from amazon.co.jp if you really want them.

That sounds really cool. Guess I got something to look forward to then.

Regarding the dvd's, I've ordered the japanese vol. 2 box set and I have the japanese 'simple' edition of nr. 1. As you might know, it's the uncut version. I'm from Europe (region 2) so I can watch the movie fortunately. I can watch the american releases too since my DVD-player plays all regions.

Is this thing only on Amazon? Does anyone know any (non-online) stores this is available in?

Just for the record! You can play any dvd (region) on any dvd-player/dvd-rom. For the players are some manufacturers codes and for the roms are some programs!

Hello. Okay, I have the full scoop on the whole "Kill Bill-An Unofficial Casebook" thing. The book is officially going to be released February 1st 2005. Its release will be sent to stores like Sam Goody, Barnes and Noble, Media Play...you know..the usual music, book, movie stores. Amazon.com has a great price for it now. Their only selling it for $12.57. Anyway, it has 208 pages that will include a very detailed description of all the scenes from both volumes of the movies. I can't wait until this book is shipped. But it would be a wise idea to pre-order it now from amazon.com because i know people are going to go crazy over this book. good luck to everyone in getting this book. enjoy!!!!!
