Bloody-Disgusting has a report that the Grind House release date is September 22, 2006.

Being over 9 months out, this doesn't really mean much because there is so much time for stuff to go wrong or to get delayed for competitive reasons.

I didn't realize it had ever even aired or been released, but the DVD for The Muppets' Wizard of Oz is available (Quentin has a cameo in it).

The church used in Kill Bill 2 (scene where Bill shot The Bride in the head) was attacked by vandals on Halloween. [thanks to MJ for the tip]

UPDATE: MJ was also able to go out to the scene and photograph the interior and exterior of the church (his story is here), and he sent me the photos.
