My thoughts are with the Penn family and Chris' close friends.

This is a very tragic loss. He was a great actor and one of my personal favorites.

I was just shocked and stunned when I first heard this. He was actually 43 years old when he died, but whatever his age may be, he was still extremely young to die. They did an autopsy and didn't find anything out yet, so here is to hoping they do find something out and that his friends and family can make it through this difficult, tragic time.
RIP Nice Guy Eddie
You will be missed and share a place in many people's hearts.

Such a loss..way too young!
He was so great in Resevoir Dogs. Was hoping to see him in another Tarantino flick.

I just watched Reservoir Dogs again and still can't believe it... did they say how it happened?

Let me say this out loud, 'cause I wanna get it straight in my head. You're saying that Mr. Blonde was gonna kill you, then when we got back, he was going kill us, take the satchel of diamonds, and scram. I'm right about that, right? That's correct? That's your story?

What a drag. I'll miss him from Dogs and True Romance and wish he could have appeared in more quality flicks before he passed.

I was very upset when i read about it, i even watched res dogs the same night as a memorial. He was truly a great actor, such a shame cocaine is fucking up everything.

I just heard.
I am actually in total shock as to his early death.
A brilliant actor and someone who could play a role brilliantly like we saw in Resevoir Dogs.
Will be missed by anyone who likes good real actors.
My love to him.

I was both incredibly shocked and saddened when I heard this. Why is it all the good actors from epic movies have to die? Robert Shaw who played Quint in Jaws died like a year after Jaws came out. John Belushi, better known as Joliet Jake Blues of the Blues Brothers, died a few years after The Blues Brothers Movie debuted. Chris Penn was an excellent actor. Nice Guy Eddie is one of my favorite characters in the Tarantino movies. The first glimpse of Reservoir Dogs I ever saw was on the bravo channel, and it was when Nice Guy Eddie shoots the Cop and then gives his long illustrious soliloquy to Mr. Orange. After that I wanted to find out about all of the Tarantino movies. Loss is never a good thing. Chris Penn was a great actor, and for what it's worth, I know I as well as many others won't forget him as Nice Guy Eddie.
