QT Pursuing Dead End?
It hasn't even been released yet, but Dark Horizons reports that QT is interested in doing a re-make of the Dutch horror film 'Dead End'. I'm wondering if something hasn't been lost in the translation here and QT's actual intent lies closer to bringing the film to the USA under his 'Quentin Tarantino Presents...' banner.
Grind House Videos
Some questions and answers videos from QT and RR at ComicCon.
JoBlo also has a summary of the Grind House panel.

Kill Bill Prequel & Sequel?
Never one at a lack for movie ideas, QT threw out the idea of doing an animated prequel and sequel of Kill Bill once Grind House gets finished up. I rather doubt this will ever actually happen, but if it does, lets all hope that Inglorious Bastards gets done first.
Grind House Photos & Posters
JoBlo has a few pictures of the Grind House production and props from Comic Con. They have also posted pictures of 3 mini-posters that were handed out.
I've re-produced the pictures after the jump.

Kurt Russell In Grind House
With Mickey Rourke flaking out of his deal to star in Tarantino's portion of Grind House, QT went and picked up Kurt Russell to fill the void. I was fine with the Rourke casting, but this is definately an upgrade.

Grind House Posters
Ain't It Cool News has some photos of promo posters for Death Proof and Planet Terror taken at Comic-Con. The Death Proof poster is basically the same thing that we saw previously on the script cover back in April. [Thanks to Brendan for the heads up]

Mickey Rourke No-Shows Death Proof
Its being reported everywhere (with the Grind House forum as the primary source) that Mickey Rourke no-showed for his leading role in Tarantino's Death Proof. Not a good move for his career, but I'm sure Tarantino will be able to find somebody to replace him pretty easily.
Thanks to Danny for giving me the heads up on this. I've been traveling alot so I'm not as on top of breaking news as usual.
UPDATE: The Grind House forum folks say they never specifically said Rourke no-showed. Looking at the thread again, some other commenter mentioned the no-show but was not corrected. I just read it wrong.

15th Anniversary Reservoir Dogs DVD
David DVD is reporting that LionsGate is going to release a 15th anniversary edition of Reservoir Dogs on DVD. Considering we already have a 10th anniversary edition, I'm not sure whey they would do this other than if they think that the upcoming Reservoir Dogs video game is going to be introducing the film to a whole new audience and they want a new DVD ready for them.
